By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of your organization.


3. Product Information

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for general informational purposes.
  • Product quality is governed by agreed specifications stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or contract.
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur without affecting product quality.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Will Oil Intl LLC.
  • A legally binding agreement is established upon:
    • Issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI)
    • Confirmation of agreed payment terms
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted based on:
    • Product type
    • Quantity (bulk volume)
    • Agreed Incoterms

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
  • Letter of Credit (L/C)
  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

Payment Structure:

  • Typically includes advance payment or agreed trade finance terms
  • Orders will not be processed until payment obligations are met

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments are conducted in accordance with agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
  • Risk and ownership transfer according to the selected Incoterm.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Buyers are encouraged to arrange third-party inspection prior to shipment.
  • Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect goods and report any issues within 7 days.
  • Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

8. Returns & Claims

Due to the nature of bulk B2B transactions:

  • Returns are generally not accepted unless:
    • There is a proven defect or non-conformity
  • Claims must include:
    • Documentary evidence
    • Inspection reports
    • Photographic proof

All claims are handled in accordance with contract terms and applicable insurance.


9. Limitation of Liability

Wil Oil Intl LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, profit, or opportunity
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied under the contract.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Port congestion or shipping disruptions

In such cases, obligations may be suspended or adjusted.


11. Compliance with Laws

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Imported goods comply with local regulations
  • Necessary licenses and permits are obtained

Wil Oil Intl LLC complies with export regulations in Thailand and the United States.

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Wil Oil Intl LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.


13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business transactions

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
