DAP appears as odorless white crystals or powder. It has no smell or a faint ammonia-like odor, and has a refreshing salty taste when consumed. It is highly soluble in water, and can quickly dissolve and ionize into ammonium ions and phosphate hydrogen ions in water, forming a water solution that provides the necessary ionic environment for chemical reactions and biological processes. However, DAP does not dissolve in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. This solubility characteristic gives it clear applicability in different industrial and laboratory applications. From the perspective of appearance, whether it is used as fine powder for special formulations or in crystalline form for routine production, it can be selected and used according to specific needs.
